These Terms of Sale govern the sale of digital products and consulting services offered by MarketingAdss (“we”, “us”, “our”) through this website.
By placing an order, the client (“you”) agrees to be bound by these Terms of Sale without reservation.

2. Scope of Application
These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases of:
- digital products (ebooks and downloadable content);
- consulting and advisory services.
They prevail over any other document or communication.
3. Products and Services
3.1 Digital Products (Ebooks)
The ebooks sold on this website are digital content with no physical medium, delivered electronically.
Access to the ebook is granted immediately after payment confirmation.
3.2 Consulting Services
Consulting services consist of personalized strategic advisory sessions, delivered remotely under the conditions specified at the time of purchase.
Consulting services are provided under an obligation of means, not an obligation of results.
4. Prices and Payment
- All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include all applicable taxes.
- Ebook price: €129
- Consulting services: from €97 per hour
Payment is due in full at the time of order.
Any confirmed payment constitutes a final and binding order.
5. Delivery and Access
5.1 Digital Products
Digital content is made available immediately after payment.
The client is responsible for ensuring compatibility of their devices and internet connection.
5.2 Consulting Services
Scheduling details are communicated after purchase.
The client is responsible for attending the scheduled session.
6. Right of Withdrawal
6.1 Digital Content (Ebooks)
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the client expressly acknowledges and accepts that:
- immediate access to digital content results in the waiver of the right of withdrawal;
- no refund, exchange, or cancellation is possible once access is granted.
This waiver is accepted explicitly prior to payment.
6.2 Consulting Services
No refund is granted once the consulting session has been delivered.
7. Refund and Cancellation Policy
7.1 Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital content delivered immediately after purchase, no refunds are possible.
7.2 Consulting Services
No refunds will be granted in the following cases:
- dissatisfaction related to results;
- partial or non-application of recommendations;
- after the consulting session has taken place.
7.3 Rescheduling of Consulting Sessions
A consulting session may be rescheduled once only, provided that:
- the request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
Late cancellations or no-shows result in forfeiture of the session, without refund or compensation.
8. Disclaimer of Results
The client acknowledges that:
- results depend on multiple factors beyond the seller’s control, including implementation, decisions, and individual context;
- no specific results are guaranteed.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- the seller shall not be held liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or business interruption;
- the seller shall not be responsible for decisions made by the client following the consulting services or digital content.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Sale are governed by French law.
Any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of these Terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
11. Acceptance
By placing an order, the client confirms that they have:
- read and understood these Terms of Sale;
- accepted them without restriction or reservation;
- acknowledged the no-refund policy and the absence of guaranteed results.
