This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all digital products and consulting services sold by MarketingAdss (“we”, “us”, “our”) through this website.
By placing an order, the client (“you”) acknowledges and agrees to the conditions set forth below.
1. General Principle
Due to the nature of the products and services offered, all sales are final, except where explicitly stated otherwise in this policy or required by applicable law.
2. Digital Products (Ebooks)
2.1 Nature of Digital Products
Ebooks and downloadable materials are digital content with no physical medium, delivered electronically and accessible immediately after payment confirmation.
2.2 No Refund Policy
Once access to the digital content has been granted:
- no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are possible;
- this applies regardless of usage, reading progress, or perceived results.
2.3 Waiver of Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the client expressly acknowledges that:
- immediate access to digital content results in a waiver of the right of withdrawal;
- this waiver is accepted explicitly prior to payment via a dedicated checkbox.
3. Consulting Services
3.1 Nature of Consulting Services
Consulting services consist of personalized strategic advisory sessions delivered remotely.
These services are provided under an obligation of means, not an obligation of results.
No specific outcome or result is guaranteed.
3.2 No Refund Policy
No refunds will be granted in the following cases:
- after the consulting session has been fully or partially delivered;
- in case of dissatisfaction related to results or expectations;
- if the client fails to apply or partially applies the recommendations provided.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling of Consulting Sessions
4.1 Rescheduling
A consulting session may be rescheduled once only, provided that:
- the request is submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled session time.
4.2 Late Cancellation or No-Show
Any cancellation request made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session, or any failure to attend the session without prior notice, will result in:
- forfeiture of the session;
- no refund, credit, or rescheduling.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds are not granted, except in rare cases where:
- a technical failure solely attributable to MarketingAdss prevents delivery of the service or access to the digital content.
In such cases, a rescheduling or alternative solution may be offered at our discretion, without obligation to provide a refund.
6. Client Responsibility
The client acknowledges that:
- results depend on personal involvement, decisions, implementation, and external factors;
- the seller cannot be held responsible for outcomes resulting from the client’s actions or inactions.
7. Governing Law
This Refund & Cancellation Policy is governed by French law.
Any dispute relating to refunds, cancellations, or service delivery shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
