Purpose & Vision

Impact Foundation is an internal social and humanitarian initiative created as an extension of our business activities.

As entrepreneurs, we believe that building value and creating impact are not mutually exclusive. Impact Foundation reflects our commitment to contribute meaningfully to humanitarian and social causes while operating a sustainable, for-profit business.

Our approach is simple:

a portion of the revenue generated by our commercial activities is allocated to social and humanitarian initiatives worldwide.

Our Commitment

We have chosen to integrate Impact Foundation directly into our business model.

Rather than operating as a separate nonprofit organization, Impact Foundation functions as an internal initiative, funded through revenue generated by our digital products and consulting services.

This structure allows us to:

  • operate efficiently,
  • remain flexible,
  • ensure long-term sustainability,
  • and act where support is most needed.

Impact Allocation

Currently, we allocate a total of 27% of the revenue generated by the website to initiatives operating under Impact Foundation.

This allocation is divided into two distinct programs:

Humanity Foundation

2% of revenue allocated

Humanity Foundation focuses on initiatives aimed at supporting human dignity, resilience, and basic social needs.

Our actions may include, but are not limited to:

  • humanitarian support initiatives,
  • educational and social development projects,
  • assistance to vulnerable populations,
  • partnerships with local or international actors aligned with our values.

Food & Water Fund

25% of revenue allocated

Food & Water Fund focuses on access to essential resources necessary for survival and long-term stability.

Our actions may include, but are not limited to:

  • food security initiatives,
  • access to clean and safe drinking water,
  • support for sustainable resource solutions,
  • partnerships addressing urgent humanitarian needs.

Geographic Scope

Impact Foundation operates on a global scale.

Initiatives may be deployed internationally, depending on:

  • humanitarian urgency,
  • available partnerships,
  • operational feasibility,
  • and strategic priorities at a given time.

Transparency & Structure

Impact Foundation is not a registered charitable foundation or nonprofit entity, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the future.

It is an internal initiative operated by [YOUR COMPANY / BRAND NAME], funded through business revenue allocation.

Important clarifications:

  • Clients do not make donations when purchasing products or services.
  • Prices paid by clients remain unchanged regardless of the allocation.
  • Allocation decisions are made at the sole discretion of the company.
  • Allocation percentages reflect our current commitment and may evolve over time based on business performance, operational constraints, or strategic priorities.

No Contractual Obligation

The initiatives presented under Impact Foundation:

  • do not constitute a contractual obligation toward clients,
  • do not create enforceable rights for third parties,
  • may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

Impact Foundation represents a voluntary commitment aligned with our values, not a legally binding promise.

Our Philosophy

We believe that impact should be intentional, structured, and sustainable.

By integrating Impact Foundation into our business:

  • we remain accountable,
  • we avoid symbolic commitments without substance,
  • and we ensure that our actions remain aligned with long-term viability.

Impact is not a marketing claim — it is a responsibility we choose to carry.
